Configure and support KLA software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
Troubleshoot problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve them.
Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes clearly to engineering team, drive the product development processes, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time.
Understand customer’s production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers. Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.
