Responsibilities
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the client’s driven position.
- Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews.
- Proactively recognize risks, identify action plans and coordinate mitigation actions with Traveler Care leaders.
- Maintain and share industry knowledge with the client, especially key themes such as balanced travel, responsible travel and NDC.
- Maintain and increase the client’s web of influence.
- Ensure service delivery is as per contract, measuring important metrics and SLA performance.
