About the Role

We are seeking a high-performance, commercially driven Regional Channel Sales Manager (Channel & Distribution Sales) to spearhead our commercial footprint across Singapore and Vietnam . This is a revenue-owning, builder role designed for a strategic sales hunter who excels at identifying, negotiating, and scaling high-yield distributor networks in the premium skincare and beauty care sectors.

You will own the entire B2B sales lifecycle—from aggressive market mapping and partner acquisition to complex margin structuring and joint commercial planning.
