Minimum Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a multi-site management
- Grade 12
- Strong knowledge of Butchery Operations and Stock Control
- Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
- Proven ability to achieve Sales and Profitability Targets
- Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management
- Strong knowledge of Inventory, Shrinkage and Waste Control
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure: - Basic Salary based on experience
