Lead end-to-end delivery of the BaaS platform across regional markets, monitoring project timelines, coordinating sprint activities, and facilitating technical go-live checklistswith MGIB’s strategy, obtaining Board/ExCo endorsement, and translating strategy into actionable KPIs and delivery plans.
Serve as the technical liaison between BaaS business partners and technology teams, leading weekly sync-up meetings, documenting technical specifications, and clarifying partner requirements.
Align platform delivery with internal departments by organising cross-functional sign-off sessions and ensuring documentation meets internal standards.
