Regional Aftersales Business Development Specialists (RADS) will work with BMW Canada dealerships within an assigned territory for the purpose of improving service retention and customer‑pay profitability. This is a business development and facilitator role that will place primary emphasis on a candidate’s ability to sell the business case for change (marketing program adoption and sustainment; direct accessory sales; etc.).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Execute DEKRA’s territory management and market segmentation processes in assigned region.
  • Within a team environment, collaborate and facilitate the development and execution of improvement action plans to achieve specific service retention and customer‑pay profitability improvement goals (service marketing program adoption; accessories, tires, chemicals; etc.)
  • Develop credibility and consultative relationships with assigned Retailers.
