Responsibilities
- Manage and expand merchant acquisition and relationship activities across South Luzon, identifying, approaching, and onboarding new merchants from various industries to adopt our payment solutions, including POS terminals, QR payments, and e-wallet services.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchants across the region to drive transaction growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs), service agreements, and other business terms aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless merchant onboarding, integration, and ongoing support.
