Reporting to the General Manager – Higgins, this role is responsible for overall performance of the Auckland region, delivering sustainable and profitable outcomes aligned to Higgins’ strategy.The Auckland region is a profitable, complex contracting business with approximately employees, significant assets, and a strong safety and delivery track record. The role provides leadership of the regional business, with accountability across safety, people leadership, operational delivery, plant and asset utilisation, financial performance, and commercial outcomes.Key Accountabilities

Own and deliver regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost control and cash outcomes

Translate strategy into clear, executable regional plans and deliver against agreed performance targets
