            Qualification  :
Minimum qualification Grade 12 OR equivalent and recognized apprenticeship certification as a qualified HVAC technician 
2 years working experience as a handman in a resort and electrical environment 
Valid drivers licence 
Fluent in English and Afrikaans 
Competencies  :
Strong communication 
Guest / Customer service driven 
Ability to work to deadlines and manage breakdowns effectively and efficiently 
Problem solving ability 
excellent time-keeping 
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
