Identify and increase new referrals (communities) based on hospital facilities, resources, and needs to develop appropriate outreach strategies that promote the hospital’s services and facilities.
Establish and maintain good working relationships and partnerships with external parties to encourage the increased utilization of hospital facilities and services.
Introduce hospital facilities, products, and services to all potential communities.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient data recording to be used for monthly reporting.
Collect necessary data and/or prepare reports related to operational activities and visit outcomes
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing
2-4 years of experience in community relations, insurance engagement, or healthcare
