Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SME – Red Hat Enterprise Linux to support and manage enterprise delivery environments within a banking domain. The role requires strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Cluster, environment management, automation, incident resolution, and infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage delivery environments including COB activities. Handle incident resolution for Level 2 support issues. Build and automate scripts and operational tasks where required. Support environment configuration management and deployment activities. Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues, interfaces, and project activities. Analyze problems and provide both short-term and long-term solutions.
