Our client, a global leader in the Aerospace industry that provides advanced technologies and systems for aircraft and aviation is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to be based in Perai, Penang to work onsite (hybrid). As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational aspects of the recruitment project deliverables. You will be responsible for building and extending relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, by effectively driving delivery to agreed timescales, sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates.
