Key Responsibilities

• Own and support full‑cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate coordination.
• Build strategic talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles.
• Conduct creative talent sourcing using LinkedIn, X‑Ray search, Boolean search methodologies, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop and execute Boolean key string searches based on role requirements.
• Brainstorm and implement cutting‑edge sourcing strategies tailored to niche hiring needs.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical, cultural, and business requirements.
• Support talent mapping and market research initiatives.
