Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding for various positions across the organization.
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, candidate databases, employment offers, and recruitment reports.
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
