We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in a corporate or BPO setting to handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and assist with employee offboarding. This is a full-time, day shift, onsite role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of client and internal requirements
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Support offboarding by assisting with clearance and exit documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
