  • Experience Level: At least 4 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition or in BPO/Telemarketing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, strong communication and written skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
