Responsibilities
- Handles end to end recruitment needs for Corporate and Operations
- Source, conduct initial interview, and do background check for Operations and Head Office positions
- Create/improve job descriptions and post vacancies through hiring platforms
- Creates Job offer letter to newly hired employees
- Organize pre-employment requirements
- Accommodate employee concerns
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers from Operations and Head Office
- Create database for invited, interviewed, and hired candidates
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- Has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Work experience in the F&B industry as HR Recruiter is preferred
