Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand. 
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and employment practices. 
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings. 
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree 
Has good communication in English 
has 2 years work experience in recruitment for manpower
