We are urgently looking for Recruitment Specialists to join our team ASAP

This is a hybrid role in Ortigas

weSource is a headhunting firm that works with clients in the Philippines to help them find the right candidates both for Technical and Non-Technical Roles

The Recruiters will be responsible in doing End to End Recruitment which includes the below tasks:

• Create Job Requisition Forms based on Client Requirements
• Online Job Postings
• Passive and Active Sourcing of Qualified Candidates
• Screening of applicants against requirements
• Conducting Online or over the phone interviews
• Assist applicants all through the application process
