Good news, this role will never be replaced by AI. This is an entry-level role for a human that involves speaking to other humans.

Almost all of the role is phone-based. You will be calling newly-qualified GPs across the UK at the start of their careers, introducing yourself and letting them know how we can help them. GP surgeries are busy, you will spend time on hold waiting to be put through, and plenty of calls will not go anywhere. Resilience and patience matter here.
