Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer (Field-Based) is responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to meet manpower requirements. This role focuses on field recruitment activities, including on-site sourcing, coordination with local communities, and partnership with external recruitment channels to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Recruitment & Sourcing
Conduct field sourcing activities such as job caravans, job fairs, and community-based recruitment
Visit barangays, PESO offices, and other local recruitment channels to attract applicants
