We are looking for a driven and curious Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Post job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
