Human Resource Executive – Recruitment (In‑House)

Requirements

1. Diploma/ Degree
2. Good experience in Recruitment, HR admin & support duties.
3. Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
4. Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit Security Officers / personnel.
5. Those who have experience working in Employment Agencies or engage in recruitment roles are preferred.

Duties

1. Plan, Strategise recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organisations, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).
2. Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.
3. Be well‑versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.
