Key Responsibilities Front of The House (FOH) - Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
- Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
