Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Partnership
Collaborating with the clients (hiring managers) in discussing the hiring requirement through calibration meetings and building good relationship through effective communication with all the hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Talent Acquisition: Calibration, Selection, Placement
Screening qualified applicants from the pool of shortlisted candidates, based on the requisition requirements provided by the Request for Hire form. Constant communication with the candidates, starting from the Initial interviews (phone calls), administering the online assessment, setting meetings with the hiring managers (Virtual of F2F) in which meeting details are prepared in advance, until ...
