Responsibilities
- Support line managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as opening and closing vacancies, updating applicant status, and communicating with candidates and line managers using the E‑Recruitment System.
- Activate email and letter production for applicants and perform related duties such as dealing with mail, telephone enquiries, managing email inboxes, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and experience with an E‑Recruitment System is an advantage. ...
