Responsible in performing a variety of Employee Relations tasks that includes observing legal safety regulations, adhering to general labor standards, help prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management, deals with employee misconduct, resolving ongoing conflicts, administering case hearing, and assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
