What would you do?
The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation.
- Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
- Identify job needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
