Position Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator / Office Manager assists in the day-to-day operation of the Career and Professional Development Center (Career Center), providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally. As the initial contact for students and guests of the Career Center, the Recruiting Coordinator/Office Manager will answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.The Recruiting Coordinator creates a positive and professional environment, and builds rapport with students, alumni, employers, faculty and staff. This position requires a flexible schedule as work involves extended hours during peak times of the academic year as well as occasional evenings and weekend events throughout the year. Local travel may be necessary for key events and interview programs.
