Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manages the full recruitment process, and helps ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions

+ Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach

+ Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

+ Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments

+ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

+ Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
