About the Position

Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the operating room and surgical suite.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.
• Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits.
• Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting.
• Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission‑to‑placement ratio.
• Extend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership.
