About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi We're looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management. As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, you'll:
* Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
* Communicate via phone, email, and in person
* Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
* Support clients to achieve their recovery goals
