Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Recoveries Attorney to lead and manage its specialist personal injury and RAF litigation portfolio This is a focused, high-autonomy role that demands deep RAF Act expertise, rigorous commercial judgment, and the professional maturity to manage sensitive, high-volume matters with discipline and strategic intent
Minimum requirements:
BCom LLB or equivalent dual qualification
Admitted attorney — 5 to 6 years post-admission
Experience specifically in RAF / personal injury plaintiff litigation:
General litigation experience alone is insufficient
