  • Own reliable vehicle to get to and from work

  • Grade 12 or higher

  • Previous experience in receptionist / administrative role

  • First Aid certificate advantageous

  • Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office. Relevant experience on SAGE X3 is advantageous.

  • Fluent typing skills minimum 45wpm

  • Fluent in English

  • Soft skills

  • Good mathematical skills

  • Basic reception duties – switchboard, emailing, printing, scanning, filing, shredding, archiving meet & greet, serving coffee & tea, postage & parcels

  • Arranges courier collections & deliveries

  • Travel arrangements, capturing travel invoices and information, record keeping

  • Maintain/track stock levels (refreshments & stationery) and order ...
