The Role

:
The primary responsibilities of the role are front desk reception duties and administrative tasks.
  • Greeting patients and appointment management

  • Patient registration

  • Telephone enquiries, returning calls and taking messages

  • Coordinating referrals

  • Management of daily correspondence

  • Processing patient accounts

  • Assisting with questions

  • Scanning and logging of correspondence

  • Daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks

  • Communication with patients, staff, specialists and outside agencies

  • Transcribing, proofreading and processing of clinic letters
  • Hours:

    Some flexibility will be required to cover leave for other staff, however hours will be 30-40hrs, Monday to Friday and between 8am and 5:30pm. One week will be Mon-Fri and the next week Mon-Thurs, however hours will be discussed further at interview stage and con...
