            Responsibilities  Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service 
Familiar with POS system 
Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations; 
Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints 
Karaoke room allocation and arrangement 
Register all check-in customers 
Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift 
Maintain a safe and clean environment 
Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work 
Communicate effectively with team members and management 
Ensure a neat and tidy appearance 
All other ad‑hoc duties assigned by outlet manager 
 Requirements  Preferably 2-year working experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent 
Proactive and good communication skills 
Service-oriented
