The Company

Our client is a reputable Investment Company and they are looking for a part time Receptionist & Office Administrator on part time basis.

The Role

  • Perform receptionist duties such as coordinating meeting room bookings, maintain the cleanliness of meeting rooms
  • Assist with daily office administration tasks such as access card/ ID badge record keeping
  • Manage company inventory and procurement, including stationery, pantry supplies, and emergency items, to maintain office order
  • Submit expense reports and accounts payable to finance
  • Assist with travel arrangement and provide backup support for personal assistants as required
  • Assist in managing local projects and maintain governance structure
