As the face of the practice, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments and clinician schedules
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Dental experience is a must
- Knowledge of dental software
- Friendly, professional and highly organised
