We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Team Lead to lead customer service operations and create exceptional member experiences across our fitness and community center facilities. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate a team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:
Oversee customer service teams across multiple locations, including fitness reception.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing reception team.
Ensure efficient and consistent operations across all reception desks, including scheduling, communication, and adherence to service standards.
Work collaboratively with fitness and community center managers to promote and cross-sell programs and events.
Coordinate information flow and cross-train staff to maintain a culture of service excellence.
