We are currently looking for a junior receptionist administrator to be the welcoming face of our firm.
About the role
Working from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday from our office, you would form part of a close-knit team, providing reception services and administrative support to our legal practice.
Key responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone calls and answering inquiries
- Meet and greet clients, visitors and tradespeople
- Coordinating and booking meeting rooms and required equipment
- Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms, boardroom, and Partners’ Lounge to a high standard
- Maintain client kitchen in a clean and hygienic fashion during the day, including coffee machine cleaning and maintenance
- Online shopping orders and managing the storeroom supplies
