Key Responsibilities Manage front desk, handle all visitor and call enquiries professionally Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and common areas Coordinate office supplies, pantry, and inventory with zero disruption Liaise with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT, security) Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems Support meetings and internal events (logistics, AV setup)
