Job Description
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation, while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders
Inspect quality, quantity, and pricing of delivered items
Prepare daily receiving reports and report discrepancies
Record all purchases into the inventory system
Ensure proper storage and security of goods
Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, and relevant departments
Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
