**OVERVIEW OF ROLE**

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, documentation, and distribution of all incoming goods and deliveries to the hotel. This role ensures that all items are accurately received, properly recorded, and efficiently delivered to the correct departments in line with procurement and inventory control procedures.

The Receiving Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring quality standards of incoming goods, and supporting smooth operational flow between suppliers, storerooms, and hotel departments.
