Ensures that any goods coming to the hotel are properly ordered, meeting product specification, quality, and price through examination of quality and quantity of products.
Maintains smooth flow of daily receiving operations, coordinates with the purchasing department, and monitors all pending or partial deliveries.
Prepares monthly reports and ensures that the hotel complies with corporate policies on Receiving.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Accounting or a related field is an asset.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in receiving, delivery, and inventory management at a luxury hotel is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
