Summary About the Position: Serves as project manager or action officer for specific projects, including but not limited to origination of and replies to correspondence, document preparation, processing finalization, together with required coordination with other branches of the Division or other District elements. Responsibilities Obtains leases and other real property interests required within the military and civil boundaries of the Omaha District. Prepares documentation and coordinates with General Services Administration (GSA) for lease of Government controlled space. Examines and analyzes public records, appraisal reports, right of way maps and title evidence to identify matters affecting negotiations. Informs property owners displaced by Federal or Federally assisted projects or programs of their rights and benefits under Public Law 91-646.
