We‘re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the sales floor — meeting buyers, walking them through a site, and closing the deal. If you‘ve got 2–3 years of sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, read on.

What you‘ll do

• Generate, follow up, and convert leads
• Host site visits and present our property portfolio
• Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Maintain customer records and prepare sales documentation
• Stay sharp on local real estate market trends

What we‘re looking for

• 2–3 years in sales (real estate or B2C preferred)
• Proven results — be ready to talk about deals you‘ve closed
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Comfortable with CRM / basic office tools
