Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan 1 BHK 2 BHK and 2 BHK Study apartments at Courtyard One Dubai South
• Build and manage a strong broker network across the UAE
• Conduct site visits, property tours and client consultations
• Handle negotiations through to booking and SPA signing
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan preferred)
• Strong existing network of property brokers and clients in the UAE
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and buyer journey
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic and/or Hindi a plus)
• Ambitious, target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
• RERA broker card preferred
