            Responsibilities Oversee property management operations ensuring efficient maintenance and tenant satisfaction minimizing vacancies and maximizing property value 
Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess property values guiding strategic real estate decisions 
Negotiate and finalize lease agreements ensuring favorable terms for the company while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements 
Manage and maintain relationships with tenants addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive tenant-landlord interactions 
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred 
Possesses relevant certifications such as a Real Estate License or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification 
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate management or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record
