Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. The role is remote and part-time (20 hours per week), focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and setting qualified appointments for the real estate sales/acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential property owners, buyers, and leads
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up activities
• Set appointments for the real estate agent or acquisitions manager
• Conduct consistent follow-ups on warm and cold leads
• Accurately update CRM systems and maintain lead records
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, resilient attitude
