We are looking for a target-driven Pre-Sales Manager with strong experience in Apartments & Villas projects, new launches, lead management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team across ongoing & new launch projects

- Drive team KPIs including lead qualification, calling, follow-ups, site visits & conversions

- Handle HNI, NRI & investor interactions professionally

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Site Office teams for seamless customer experience

- Ensure strong CRM management with zero lead leakage

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Inside Sales

- Mandatory experience in Apartments & Villas projects

- Prior team handling experience is required
